As senior account executive for South Carolina, North Carolina, and Eastern Georgia, Susan leverages her clinical expertise and strategic, relationship-driven approach to connect clients with tailored litigation support for significant injury and healthcare-related matters.

Susan has a master’s in health science and physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, bringing a strong medical foundation to her work with local legal teams. Her background in marketing, leadership, and consulting has enhanced her ability to build lasting client relationships and introduce legal professionals to top-tier medical experts and seamless case management solutions.

Known for her dedication and commitment to a “first-class” client experience, Susan thrives on blending independence, creativity, and strategic insight to exceed expectations and drive growth. A former collegiate field hockey player, she brings a competitive spirit to the collective IMS mission of elevating clients’ legal strategies.

Outside of work, Susan is devoted to her family and enjoys traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and staying active.
