Strategies for Witness Preparation

Equip your team with proven strategies to strengthen witness credibility and build trust with decision-makers.

Workshop Details

Whether your witness is an expert or a corporate representative, effective testimony requires more than just explaining facts. A witness must remain composed under pressure while establishing credibility with decision-makers.

Jurors evaluate not only the testimony content but also the person delivering it. IMS has conducted thousands of mock trials and post-trial juror interviews, giving our team unique insight into what resonates with jurors—and what does not.

Led by IMS Senior Jury Consulting Advisors Merrie Jo Pitera, PhD, Jill M. Leibold, PhD, Melissa Gomez, PhD, Keith C. Pounds, PhD, Theodore O. Prosise, PhD, or Chris Dominic, this workshop provides attorneys with practical tools to enhance witness credibility, refine testimony delivery, and eliminate subtle behaviors that can undermine trust.
