Diversity of thought has been a critical driver of innovation and success throughout IMS’s history. We understand that our future achievements are built on a fair experience for everyone. We also know that maintaining a welcoming environment requires strong core values and inclusive leaders to cultivate trust among our team and clients.

IMS launched a comprehensive DEIB program in 2019 that continues to grow. From firm-wide initiatives to employee-led events, this program offers valuable opportunities for us to gain a more holistic understanding of important issues and engage with diverse perspectives.
