Vivian Taylor

She is a multiskilled human resources professional whose greatest talent lies in her ability to locate, develop, and support high-performing workplace teams. She is dedicated to contributing to company culture by fostering diversity and inclusion, implementing varied learning and development programs, and collaborating with senior executive leadership to align talent initiatives with core business objectives. A true servant leader, Vivian knows that when she helps meet the needs and ambitions of IMS personnel, they go on to best serve our clients.

Vivian has a notable and varied professional background through which she contributed to the success of several multinational and global privately and publicly held companies. Most recently, she served as vice president of team experience for a structural engineering firm that boasts 95 percent repeat business, and prior to that role, she served as human resources director of the CDC Foundation. She was vice president of human resources for a Latin American pay television company, and continued on as regional vice president after Fox Networks Group acquired that company. At Fox International Channels, Vivian led and developed an HR Business Partner team throughout several countries in the LatAm region.

During her tenure at Meliá Hotels International in Miami, Florida, Vivian conducted an in-depth organizational restructuring by brand that increased revenue by $10 million. That business model was later implemented in Spain, its headquarters, for the entire company. Prior to that role, she was regional human resources director at DHL, the global transportation and distribution logistics giant, where she was responsible for 32 company locations, including in several countries and islands, with approximately 11,000 employees and a revenue base of about $2 billion. During her career, Vivian also led a high-performing international HR team at Lucent Technologies that supported headcount growth of 84 percent in 23 Latin American countries, and she spent over a decade as a senior employee relations representative for American Airlines, where she negotiated union contracts for employing 3,000 personnel in seven countries.

Vivian’s excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills in multiple languages have enabled her to play a critical role in 20 acquisitions and mergers throughout her career. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and completed her Executive Coaching Certification with the College of Executive Coaching in California. Vivian is presently based in the metro Atlanta area. She is an avid reader and learner who also enjoys swimming, biking, and traveling around the globe. Vivian is dedicated to paying it forward in the community where she resides; making a difference in people’s lives is her passion.
