IMS Legal Strategies Complex Litigation Supervisor Khiabett (Khia) Padilla Hernández leads a team responsible for handling litigation management and administrative support for clients who are involved in complex matters. With expertise in strategic planning and relationship management, she ensures efficient handling of each matter with a keen focus on administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and team communication.
In this role, Khia monitors conflict decisions and escalates complex matters requiring leadership review. She partners with stakeholders to develop strategies that strengthen relationships with IMS’s litigation clients. Known for a collaborative leadership style and a focus on operational excellence, Khia is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, fostering team success, and driving continuous improvement across complex litigation matters.
Khia’s previous positions include revenue operations team lead at IMS and assistant director in the Puerto Rican Senate.
Khia enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, and maintaining a strong connection to her Puerto Rican heritage. She is a devoted parent of two children and enjoys supporting their passions in dance, baseball, and the arts. In her free time, her guilty pleasure is watching K-dramas.
