IMS Legal Strategies Business Development Specialist Joann Echeverria helps attorneys and law firms identify the litigation support services that strengthen their cases. She connects clients with IMS’s tailored solutions, including expert witness sourcing, jury and community attitude research, trial graphics and demonstratives, in‑court presentation services, and strategic consulting.
Before joining IMS, Joann worked in client‑facing roles at LegalZoom, United Way, and Indeed, where she built strong relationships and sharpened her customer service skills. Because of her experience, she excels at analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for client development.
Joann currently lives in Phoenix. Outside of work, singing and songwriting are her main passions. She also enjoys golf, hiking, and volunteering at local food banks in her community.
