Ben Story 

Ben Story is a recruiting consultant at IMS Legal Strategies, working with law firms and corporate clients to locate the precise subject matter expertise required for complex litigation cases. As part of our custom expert witness services team, he conducts a comprehensive evaluation of each expert candidate, looking beyond credentials to assess qualities that are crucial to the success of our client’s case.

Ben leverages his extensive research experience to screen and qualify recruited expert witness candidates who align with the specific requirements of each matter. He is responsible for assessing the experts’ skills, backgrounds, and credentials, and he dedicates himself to securing top talent. By cultivating strong relationships with both clients and experts, Ben ensures consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, facilitating a seamless match with the client’s needs. He provides critical support across all industries and areas of litigation, including technology expert witnesses for patent cases and other intellectual property matters.

Ben has a solid background in legal industry research, including work with The Georgia Innocence Project, an Atlanta-based legal non-profit focused on wrongful conviction and post-conviction relief. In his free time, Ben pursues his passions of scuba diving, playing guitar, and perfecting his gourmet cooking talents.
