Mark Hayes, Vice President of Operations, is a highly motivated leader who identifies business improvement opportunities for IMS Legal Strategies and mobilizes cross-functional teams to execute enhancements. He is focused on aligning customer satisfaction, program management, and technology/processes to ultimately improve business outcomes. Mark has thorough knowledge of lead-to-cash operations, program management implementing large-scale enterprise systems, and methods for translating business user needs into functional technology systems.
Before joining IMS, Mark was the product development manager for the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). In this role, he implemented software systems and devised asset management strategies and process engineering improvements. Mark was also director of the program management office and process/systems improvement at Miller Heiman Group, where he played a pivotal role in helping the company successfully transition through multiple mergers and acquisitions.
Mark is Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt). He graduated with a degree in business management from The College of Westchester. He presently resides in Knoxville, TN.
