As Engagement Services Lead at IMS Legal Strategies, Nathan Ward exemplifies leadership by guiding the engagement services group, fostering growth, and providing critical support to team members. He skillfully manages complex and challenging engagements, serving as manager for all IMS direct experts. Nathan also builds strong relationships with department leads and acts as a subject matter expert on all program-related questions and concerns.

Nathan specializes in the success of each expert witness placement. He is known for building trusted relationships with attorney-clients and expert witnesses alike and has particular expertise in negotiation. His leadership skills are honed from his experience as an active First Sergeant in the Army National Guard, where he leads a full company of soldiers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their readiness. He brings the same team mentality and reliability to his work.

At IMS, Nathan is known for his initiative. He is proactive in his work, with careful thought and consideration to each situation. His communication skills ensure that all interactions, whether internal or external, are timely and thoughtful, fostering trust and strong working relationships.
