She is committed to advancing awareness of IMS’s capabilities and to tailoring solutions to client needs through cross-team collaboration.

In her role, Krystal develops business development strategies, facilitates a smooth transition to fulfillment, and ensures clients and prospects have an exceptional service experience throughout their interactions with IMS.

She works closely with IMS Marketing & Communications to connect business development efforts with broader firm initiatives. She values structure and success, and she supports the team through sales activity rhythms, performance metrics, and practical insights that help everyone stay aligned.

Before joining IMS, Krystal worked in advertising, hospitality, and legal administration. Those experiences shaped her communication style and her ability to adapt quickly, listen closely, and build trust with clients.

In her free time, Krystal volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and United Way in her local community. She also serves as a chair for the Live Like Zoe Grace Foundation. Krystal resides in Satsuma, Alabama, with her husband and their children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether on the water or camping in the woods.
