Wade Taubken

Wade Taubken is a senior operations and business leader with extensive experience driving growth, integration, and operational excellence across professional services and advisory organizations. In his role as senior director of business and M&A operations at IMS Legal Strategies, Wade leads the firm’s mergers and acquisitions function along with expert witness and life care planning operations, focusing on scalable growth, disciplined execution, and consistent client outcomes.

At IMS, Wade oversees cross-functional teams and works closely with executive leadership to align strategy, people, processes, and technology. He plays a central role in acquisition strategy and post-merger integration while strengthening the operational infrastructure that supports IMS’s expert-driven service lines. He is known for translating complex business challenges into practical, executable plans that drive performance and long-term value.

Prior to joining IMS, Wade held senior leadership roles spanning operations, supply chain and logistics, program and project management, business development, and transformation consulting. His background enables him to bring both a strategic perspective and hands-on execution to complex organizational initiatives.

Wade holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Saint Joseph University. He resides in Bradenton, Florida, with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active with his family, particularly through sports—especially volleyball—as well as boating and spending time at the beach.
