As an associate jury research coordinator on the IMS Legal Strategies litigation consulting team, Bailey Kelley assists in developing insights through data curation to inform the jury selection process. She researches local demographics and courtroom environments to ensure that the seated jurors align with the overall objectives of the case.
With strong research and analytical skills, Bailey also develops jury selection profiles to support trial strategy recommendations. She uses The AdvantageSM , IMS’s innovative juror insights solution, to gather participant feedback from mock trials, focus groups, and other research models for her team.
Bailey previously worked in outside sales and as a territory manager for medical device distribution companies. She loves spending quality time with friends and family, soaking up the sun, cuddling with dogs, and enjoying a good movie.
