Lindsay Bouchard
Associate Jury Consultant
Expertise
IMS Legal Strategies Associate Jury Consultant Lindsay Bouchard supports trial teams through key stages of case preparation by applying social science research to litigation strategy. Her work includes jury research, mock trials, focus groups and voir dire development, which is custom-designed to provide practical guidance to attorneys in complex litigation matters.
Lindsay collaborates closely with senior consultants and client legal teams to ensure research findings are effectively applied to trial strategy. With a background in qualitative research and storytelling, she helps teams assess how jurors interpret evidence and narratives, supporting stronger, more compelling case presentations.
Lindsay came to IMS through its addition of First Court, a nationally recognized jury research and trial consulting firm, where she worked as a research analyst and associate trial consultant. Prior to First Court, she was a research analyst with the Cook County Adult Probation Department and another prominent Chicago jury consultancy. This background informs her balanced and research‑driven approach to jury consulting.
Lindsay grew up in Zurich, Switzerland, and now lives in Chicago. She is passionate about traveling and plans a solo trip every year. Her favorite trips have been visiting Iceland and going to Kenya on safari. She also enjoys reading and crocheting, often using yarn she collects on her travels in her projects.
