Expertise
As an associate jury consultant with IMS Legal Strategies, Brook Klussmann supports client trial teams through key stages of case preparation. She conducts pretrial research, analyzes potential juror backgrounds, assists with voir dire strategies, and coordinates focus groups and mock trials. In her role, she also moderates jury deliberations and discusses post-verdict questions and reactions to support decision-making in the jury selection process.
Brook joined IMS through its 2026 acquisition of First Court, a nationally recognized jury research and trial consulting firm, where she worked as a project manager and associate trial consultant. Before her time at First Court, she was a research analyst for a national trial consulting firm.
Brook lives near Austin, Texas, and has a wide range of creative interests, including crafting art projects, building 3‑D models, reading, and attending theater performances. As a former dancer, she nurtures that passion by taking studio dance classes. Brook also shares her life with her Labrador retriever, Bellamy, and has traveled internationally, including trips to Greece and Scotland.
