IMS Solution Consultant Kyle Costello partners with law firms nationwide to deliver strategic litigation support solutions. Kyle helps clients identify case challenges, develop tailored strategies, and leverage IMS’s full suite of expert advisory and analysis services, expert witness placement, and litigation consulting services. He is committed to building lasting partnerships and helping clients by delivering the essential tools needed to succeed in today’s litigation environment.
Before joining IMS, he served as a law firm key account manager at Questel, where he advised intellectual property law firms on technology and service solutions, managed client relationships across a national territory, and drove significant account growth and retention. Prior to that, he held enterprise account management positions at Kaseya, earning recognition for sales performance and client success.
Earlier in his career, Kyle practiced law as an attorney with Pearson, Simon & Warshaw, LLP and with the State of Minnesota Board of Public Defense.
Kyle earned his juris doctor from Rutgers Law School and his bachelor of science cum laude in economics from Manhattan College.
Kyle lives in Miami with his wife, son, and two bulldogs. When he’s not chasing his toddler around, he has a passion for travel, photography, and making the most of every opportunity to explore something new.
