Jeff Levin, JD

IMS Solution Advisor Jeff Levin brings a wealth of legal and strategy experience to IMS. Jeff spent several years practicing law as an attorney at private firms and as a municipal prosecutor trying dozens of jury trials, along with spending more than a decade in litigation consulting. Jeff collaborates with attorneys and support staff from large and small firms across the globe to identify and recommend the best solutions for their unique needs, pairing the intricacies of each case with the appropriate strategy for the law firm and client.

Jeff’s portfolio includes consulting on cases involving technical and complex subject matters such as intellectual property, construction, oil and gas, energy, environmental, commercial, securities, and more. Jeff also specializes in supporting international arbitration, having worked on nearly two dozen such matters in venues set in locations as varied as Miami, Toronto, London, Paris, and beyond.

Before joining IMS, Jeff worked for a custom visual advocacy firm focusing on storytelling and theme development for litigation. Jeff also served as a certified mediator, helping dozens of parties amicably resolve their disputes outside of the formal court system.

Jeff resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with his wife and two young children. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time outside in nature, walking his dog, enjoying activities with his family, and rooting for the Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Rangers, and other local sports teams.

Jeff holds a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business.
