David’s initial role at IMS was to provide distinguished expert witnesses who precisely matched attorneys’ specifications. When it became apparent law firm clients could benefit from provision of trial consulting services, he played a role in helping the company to deliver those capabilities as well. Today, David supplies Am Law 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments not only with the finest expert witnesses, but also with skilled litigation strategists, jury consultants, graphic designers, and trial presentation technicians.
David thrives on challenges and never tires of “going on the hunt” for perfect consulting and testifying experts. He especially relishes being tasked with locating hard-to-find or distinctive experts because the greater the challenge the greater the level of satisfaction he feels when he supplies a client with a perfect match. Whether his clients’ trials involve antitrust, intellectual property, securities, banking, environmental matters, and more, David is able to anticipate his clients’ needs and provide them with solutions through all stages of their trials.
He received a BSBA in marketing from University of Denver. Prior to becoming senior client manager at IMS, David worked with a variety of teams locating management staff for the cable industry and providing telecommunications services and products to Fortune 100 companies and local distributors. Today he works and plays in Colorado. In his free time, David skis, goes fishing, cooks, gardens, and helps his wife with her business.
