Olivia Goodman brings strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills to her role as a jury research coordinator at IMS. She oversees multiple jury research projects, including mock trials and focus groups, that help IMS clients test their case themes and testimony in advance of trial. Olivia ensures that each on-site or online event is seamlessly executed and that clients receive actionable data to drive their case strategies forward.
Olivia obtained a dual bachelor’s degree in psychology and justice/law with a concentration in criminology from American University in Washington, DC. She also gained valuable legal industry experience as an undergraduate, having interned with the Arlington County Public Defender’s Office, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. In these roles, Olivia researched potential jurors, produced case timelines, and observed court proceedings.
Olivia currently lives in the DC area. Her personal hobbies include biking, hiking, cooking, antiquing, and reading/watching true crime.
