Valerie Lewelling is a recruiting consultant with IMS’s custom expert witness services team. With more than 20 years of recruitment leadership and business development experience, she brings a dynamic blend of career advisory, client account management, and strategic talent sourcing to her role.
Valerie’s expertise spans a wide range of industries, including legal, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, IT, engineering, and aerospace. She is known for her precision in identifying and placing highly specialized and credentialed subject matter experts in senior and executive roles, from director-level to C-suite. Her previous experience as a court-appointed special advocate with the Arizona Supreme Court also instilled a strong legal foundation and a steadfast commitment to advocacy, integrity, and community impact—principles that continue to shape her professional approach.
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys the vibrant Arizona lifestyle and spending time with her pet husky and three grown children, large family and friends. She loves exploring new restaurants, farmers’ markets, and live music, and enjoys escaping to the mountains or water. She is also an avid reader and new pickleball player.
