IMS Legal Strategies congratulates Marissa Harrington, JD, Director of Trial Graphics, on being named to the “Unsung Heroes” shortlist at the New Jersey Legal Awards 2026, presented by Law.com.
The Unsung Heroes category recognizes individuals whose work is indispensable to their firm or organization, often done through long hours out of the spotlight. Marissa leads the presentation technology team at IMS, which builds the timelines, diagrams, and demonstratives that help juries follow complex evidence in high-stakes cases. Good graphics work when jurors leave understanding the case without thinking about the exhibit, which is why the people behind them are rarely named.
Marissa has more than ten years of experience turning dense litigation into clear case themes and visual presentations. She has supported many significant matters, including Huawei v. CNEX, Apple v. Samsung, In re Accutane Litigation, In re Zometa Litigation, and Golden Gateway v. San Francisco Waterfront. Marissa is a former trial attorney and law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and she previously held senior roles at national litigation consulting firms, overseeing case strategy and trial logistics.
The New Jersey Legal Awards honor the professionals who have made a lasting impact on the state's legal community. Winners will be announced during the ceremony on October 29, 2026, at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, NJ.
