Mary Salas is a dedicated Account Executive at IMS Legal Strategies, based in Houston, Texas. She partners with local law firms to deliver IMS’s comprehensive medical expert witness services and broader litigation solutions for trial. Mary serves as a trusted advisor to attorneys and paralegals, educating them on the value of integrated litigation support while representing IMS at legal conferences and networking events throughout the Houston area.

With over 15 years of experience in the Personal Injury industry, Mary brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her role. She began her career as a multi-state licensed insurance Claims Adjuster, managing hundreds of Bodily Injury claims in over 26 states. She later transitioned into a Litigation Paralegal role where she supported multiple attorneys across both Plaintiff and Defense firms in Colorado and Texas. These positions helped her develop a deep understanding of complex litigation processes and the critical role expert witnesses play in trial strategy.

Mary leverages her diverse background in legal practice, client service, and business development to deliver exceptional value to IMS’ clients. Passionate about professional growth and community engagement, she is actively involved in building a LatinX network within the e-discovery space and serves as Chair of Community Service for a women’s empowerment organization focused on Financial Literacy, Professional Development, Self-Love, and Volunteerism. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her dog, her friends, and playing tennis.
