Justin Boone oversees all aspects of Vulcan Litigation Services operations at IMS Legal Strategies. He ensures seamless execution across staffing, logistics, technology, and overall performance to support the jury consulting team.
Justin manages mock trial and focus group logistics, coordinating closely with jury consultants and clients to keep projects on track. He also oversees juror recruitment and scheduling, leads audiovisual setup and live streaming, and ensures reliable real‑time data collection. Known for his hands‑on, analytical approach, Justin provides equipment management, troubleshooting, and on‑site support as needed, while building long‑term client relationships grounded in reliability and seamless execution.
Justin joined IMS through its 2026 acquisition of First Court, a nationally prominent jury consulting company. Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Justin started as a project manager and now works at our Bismarck, ND, office. He gained legal experience by working at the North Dakota Capitol during the legislative session.
Justin and his wife welcomed their first-born child and enjoy spending time as a family.
