IMS Legal Strategies Solution Consultant Jennifer Young partners with attorneys and law firms to help them navigate complex litigation challenges and achieve successful outcomes. She fosters strong relationships, develops a deep understanding of each client’s needs, and connects them with a comprehensive suite of litigation support services, including expert witness placement, advisory and litigation consulting, trial graphics and animations, and courtroom technology solutions.
In her role, Jennifer works closely with litigators and legal professionals to offer strategic resources that strengthen case preparation, presentation, and trial readiness. She is a liaison between clients and IMS’s multidisciplinary teams, ensuring exceptional client service at every stage of the litigation process.
Before joining IMS, Jennifer spent more than 11 years in the healthcare technology industry as a high-performing sales professional, where she developed a reputation for exceeding sales targets, driving client retention, and managing successful customer relationships.
Jennifer lives in the Atlanta area. Outside of work, she enjoys creating clean-eating recipes, staying active through fitness and hiking, and cheering on her daughter’s volleyball team. She also loves traveling and exploring the outdoors with her family.
