IMS Brings Litigation Solutions to Mass Tort Made Perfect 2026

02.10.26

|

Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) returns to Las Vegas, NV, October 13–15, 2026. Presented by Levin Papantonio, MTMP is a premier gathering for the plaintiff mass tort community. It brings together trial lawyers, litigation managers, paralegals, referral partners, and legal service providers involved in high-value mass torts and class actions.

This year's agenda is organized into five tracks: “Building a Mass Tort Law Firm,” “Nuts & Bolts of Mass Torts,” “Trial Skills in Mass Torts,” “Paralegal College Skills,” and “Mass Tort Projects.” Sessions range from case acquisition and client intake to opening statements, cross-examination, and effective expert depositions. The “Mass Tort Projects” track covers active dockets, including GLP-1, talc, Depo-Provera, social media addiction, and hair relaxer litigation. It also explores emerging disputes involving AI chatbot harms and sports betting apps, giving attorneys and referral partners a current view of these developing matters.

IMS Legal Strategies is a sponsor and exhibitor at MTMP 2026, and Solution Consultant Shannon Rustad will be on-site to share how IMS helps plaintiff firms overcome the challenges of mass tort litigation by providing specialized solutions at every stage.

  • Custom expert witness searches help attorneys engage qualified experts early on as they develop and evaluate causation opinions in emerging mass tort litigation, backed by engagement support for the full case lifecycle.
  • Medical legal experts can review medical records across large client inventories to inform case screening and the preparation of accurate plaintiff fact sheets, while economists help quantify case values.
  • Litigation consultants can identify common case themes, test and refine strategies, and develop presentations that help plaintiff teams effectively communicate complex liability and damages issues to juries.

If you are attending MTMP 2026 in Las Vegas, visit the IMS booth to connect with Shannon and discuss how we can support your current mass tort caseload.
