The National Law Journal announced the results of their “Best Of" 2023 award survey and named IMS Consulting & Expert Services a Top 3 winner in the category of Best Online Jury Research Provider.

The NLJ’s annual “Best Of” award survey is open to attorneys, judges, and law firm officers and contains a crafted ballot of several dozen categories that have been identified as critical to the practice of law. Following a period of analysis based on feedback from the publication’s readership and professionals across the legal industry, the top three winners in each category are announced in a special annual edition.

“We are thrilled to be selected as a top legal service provider by the National Law Journal community,” said Chris Sizemore, IMS Vice President of Consulting Services. “Today, our clients need to be able to advance their cases in a variety of environments, including remote settings. Both onsite and online, IMS jury consultants help clients understand the psychology of their audience to identify and refine themes that will better connect with decision makers and, ultimately, position their cases for success.”

IMS is grateful to be recognized as a respected partner and industry leader for the ability to support Am Law 100 and Fortune 500 clients with their complex litigation needs, including online jury research. Mock trials, focus groups, and similar components of case development were once only held onsite; post-pandemic, remote proceedings are common. Jury research continues to drive case themes and strategy while combining the old and new normal.

“Online jury research, made popular during the pandemic, continues to be a practical option for clients,” shared IMS Senior Jury Consultant Keith Pounds, PhD. “It is important for counsel and companies to consider conducting jury research early on to account for the demand and to ensure that the research feedback is received early enough to inform risk analysis and trial strategy.”
