IMS Connects with IP Professionals at the 2026 AIPLA Annual Meeting

The 2026 American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting will bring intellectual property professionals from around the world to Washington, DC, October 29–31. This year’s theme, IP Horizon’s: Navigating Innovation, AI, and Global Change, underscores how quickly artificial intelligence, new technologies, and global developments are reshaping intellectual property litigation. Attendees can earn CLE credit, participate in hands-on skills workshops, and network with peers practicing patent, trademark, and copyright law.

Representing IMS Legal Strategies at the AIPLA Annual Meeting are Solution Advisor Jody Braxton and Key Account Manager Lance Hargrove. They will be on site to explore how IMS can help your current or upcoming IP matters, from finding the right technical expert witness early to preparing for Markman hearings.

When an IP dispute turns on complex evidence, IMS provides specialized expert witness services, jury research and consulting, and trial graphics expertise. These services help counsel identify and prepare experts for high-stakes testimony, test how jurors may respond to case issues, and translate dense technical evidence into clear courtroom presentations that decision-makers can follow.

If you are attending the 2026 AIPLA Annual Meeting in DC, connect with Jody and Lance to discuss how the right support can strengthen your IP litigation strategies.
