The ICC Canada Arbitration Committee Annual Conference 2026 will bring international dispute resolution practitioners, corporate counsel, and arbitrators to Montréal, Québec, October 7–9. Centered on the theme “The Canadian Frontier, Then, Now, Next: Canada’s Role in International Arbitration,” this ICC committee conference will examine Canada’s evolving position in global dispute resolution and the legal and economic forces influencing international arbitration.
This year’s program will explore the impact of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Canadian arbitration, disputes involving large-scale infrastructure projects amid protectionism and economic uncertainty, the advantages of Canadian cities as arbitral seats, and jurisdictional considerations in cross-border matters.
