The Houston Metropolitan Paralegal Association (HMPA) brings its Annual Conference & Retreat to The Woodlands Resort on September 18, giving Houston-area paralegals a full day of CLE-style programming and networking outside the city.
This year's lineup spans perspectives from across the legal field. Speakers include Greg Kondritz, Executive VP and General Counsel of the Houston Texans; Harris County District Clerk Marilyn Burgess; First Assistant District Attorney Chandler Raine; national trial lawyer Tony Buzbee; and Steve and Sanya Morang of Spire Consulting Group, presenting on fraud investigation. Attorneys Leslie Turnage and George Edwards III round out the day, giving paralegals a mix of corporate, prosecutorial, judicial, and trial-side insight.
